Designing and improving Sprect.com to make it easier, faster, and more enjoyable to use. I work closely with the team to simplify flows, fix problems, and make the experience better for everyone.

I worked on revamping the Complan website, focusing on layout structuring and enhancing the visual appeal to improve user engagement. I designed UI for multiple inside pages, ensuring a consistent and user- friendly interface aligned with brand guidelines. Additionally, I contributed to a strategic pitch for Tata BlueScope Steel & MP Birla Group, conducting competitive analysis, performing detailed UX
research, and presenting design recommendations to enhance the overall user experience. I was also
involved in UI hygiene tasks for the SBI Life Insurance website and Adobe Bridge Campaign, ensuring design consistency, visual clarity, and proper spacing across various web pages and mobile application screens.

As an Associate SRE Engineer in the Marketplace Department, I ensured smooth product publication and platform reliability. 
I led efforts to verify publication status, ensuring timely updates. I analyzed system logs to resolve issues, enhancing performance & user experience.
By implementing proactive measures, I contributed to improved customer satisfaction. I collaborated with many departments to streamline workflows for efficient product deployment and helped develop robust monitoring systems for rapid incident response.

My work at Sprect has been a blend of structure and delight, from cleaning up the messy middle of onboarding to adding moments of joy in post-publish experiences. With both design and engineering in my toolkit, I strive to build products that feel as good as they function.

Sprect is a platform that helps professionals ("PROs") publish and promote their service profiles to gain visibility and bookings.

As part of my internship at Dentsu Creative, I contributed to redesigning the SBI Life Insurance website- a platform serving millions of users across India. The previous site suffered from outdated visuals, inconsistent user flows, and a lack of mobile optimisation.

Working closely with the design and strategy teams, I helped revamp the user interface to align with modern UX principles and SBI’s brand identity. This involved simplifying navigation, improving visual hierarchy, enhancing mobile responsiveness, and ensuring device accessibility. The goal was to create a more intuitive, trustworthy, and user-friendly experience for both new and returning policyholders.

This project strengthened my skills in enterprise design systems, responsive web design, and working within strict brand and regulatory guidelines.

Sanjana interned with me for 3 months, and genuinely made a real impact — not just with her work, but with her sharp wit.

As the only designer on the team at Dentsu, having her on board gave me some much-needed breathing room. She jumped right into a major website revamp project, confidently handling inner pages as well as conducting solid industry-standard research for internal clients and pitch work. She was proactive, reliable, and always eager to learn. But beyond that, she brought a certain energy to the team that’s hard to replace.
