As part of my internship at Dentsu Creative, I contributed to the redesign of the Complan website, a legacy health drink brand aiming to reconnect with modern Indian parents. The goal was to create a digital experience that was informative, engaging, and built trust, especially among health-conscious families researching nutrition for their children.

Key Contribution

  1. Simplified User Journeys: Streamlined complex navigation and restructured content to reduce cognitive load. Focused on making product discovery and key nutritional information easily accessible for parents. Introduced clear categorization, breadcrumbs, and intuitive user flows.
    1. Visual Refresh: Revamped the entire UI with a clean, modern aesthetic that reflected Complan’s evolving brand identity. Chose a bright, energetic color palette, clear typography, and modern layouts that resonated with both children and parents.
      1. Mobile-First Approach: Prioritized mobile responsiveness by designing flexible grids and touch-friendly components. Ensured seamless usability across devices, with special attention to content readability and CTA placement on smaller screens.
        1. Performance & Accessibility Focus: Collaborated closely with developers to ensure designs were optimized for performance—lightweight images, minimal animations, and fast load times. Implemented accessibility best practices such as proper contrast ratios, alt text, and keyboard navigability.
          1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked with a multidisciplinary team of senior designers, copywriters, and developers. Participated in regular feedback loops, design reviews, and sprint planning sessions to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery.
            1. CTA Optimization: Redesigned key call-to-action buttons for greater clarity and impact. Improved copy and visual hierarchy to boost click-through rates on actions like "Buy Now" and "Learn More."
              1. Custom Graphics & Illustrations: Designed a set of branded illustrations and icons to complement the content. These visuals helped simplify complex nutritional information and brought warmth and personality to the brand’s digital presence.
